Terms
The Budaveg apartment is run as a self catering accommodation. We are always available to help at check in, but we do not provide a 24 hour hotel service, or do we service the apartment every day. We do strive to cater for all your needs with information packs, and with free cable internet. You are welcome to phone or email us if you need further assistance during your stay.
The following are the terms of our contract and apply to all guests staying at our Budaveg apartment. They are the usual terms accepted by guests who stay at vegetarian holiday apartments:
1, STRICTLY VEGETARIAN AND NO SMOKING POLICY FOR THE WHOLE APARTMENT
The apartment is strictly vegetarian, no meat, fish or any of their derivatives are allowed in the apartment. Non-vegetarians are welcome to stay as long as they respect this. Likewise Budaveg is strictly non smoking. Please only book the Budaveg apartment if you are willing to adhere to this.
2, ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES
We are as flexible as possible regarding check in and check out times. You are only requested to check out by 10 pm if we have another guest arriving that same day. Since we are not living at the apartment we always have to agree on a check in and check out time when our staff comes to meet you to give you the keys, or to collect the keys. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable state, and if not, may be charged an extra cleaning fee as deemed appropriate by the Management.
3, GUEST BEHAVIOUR
It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that his/her behaviour does not detrimentally affect the comfort or safety of our staff or other people in the building. Management has the right to eject guests from the building if it is deemed that his/her behaviour is inappropriate and any accommodation charges previously levied will not be refunded.
4) PAYMENT
Full payment is requested on arrival in cash. We prefer Hungarian forints but also accept Euros or British Pounds. We do not accept cheques or credit and debit cards.
5, BUDAVEG APARTMENT’S PROPERTY
On check in all guests will be given towels, bed linen and keys. These items are the property of the Budaveg apartment and are to be returned on check out. You will be asked to pay for any item lost or damaged.
6, PERSONAL PROPERTY
Except in relation to death or severe personal injury caused by our severe negligence, Budaveg apartment does not accept liability for the death, sickness or injury to any guest or for the loss, theft or damage to any guest’s property however sustained or caused. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that their belongings are secure at all times.
7, LIABILITY OF THE PREMISES
The owners of the premises, situated under 1136 Budapest, Hegedűs Gy. U. 49-51 registered under 1/1568-2/2008, hereby inform any and all persons that any and all liability of the Owners of the Premises is excluded as regards any and all activity performed in, persons present at, and belongings deposited in or brought to the Premises mentioned above. Please, be warned that any and all conduct in any and all reference to the Premises shall be performed within the sole and exclusive own scope of liability of the actor.
8, BY MAKING A RESERVATION AND OR CHECKING INTO OUR PREMISES YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
